The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and its allies at Environment Maryland are holding an event at 10 a.m. at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's offices at 410 Severn Ave., suite 109, to present 19,000 signatures from citizens advocating strong federal action to clean up the Bay. Be there!
