The EPA is scheduled to release its proposed new plan for cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay on Monday, November 9.
Preliminary reports suggest the proposal could include more federal oversight of state cleanup efforts, and tighter controls for stormwater runoff from developed areas and animal intensive farming. Stay tuned.

Too bad most of the 'public' hearings take place when nine out of ten of us are working.
That's one way to make sure as few people come as possible.
Prevent as many as possible from attending.
Never hold it in the evening.
