A rally for the Chesapeake Bay is planned for 6 p.m. today (Tuesday, Sept. 28) at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, on the Inner Harbor. Advocates are pushing for strong action to clean up the estuary, as the federal and state governments consider new pollution limits and a pollution "diet" for the Bay.
