One of the great things about Bungalows is that they come in a variety of styles and configurations. Most, however, are built in the Arts and Crafts style with a front to back floor plan that varies very little from house to house.

Plans include common areas such as living and dining areas along one side with bedrooms on the other side, separated by a short hall, with a single bath situated between the two bedrooms.

The dining room is not quite as large but is still big enough for moderately sized family gatherings. The kitchen, at least in this case, is positioned adjacent to the dining room instead of directly behind it, making the floor plan in this Bungalow unique. Two bedrooms and a single bath round out the first floor. The basement is partially finished and features a second full bath as well as a third bedroom. A separate entrance off the kitchen allows semi-private access to the basement, too.
