I would love for students to come to Peach bottom township just over the MD/PA state line and take a long hard look at what factory farming is doing to the tributaries that feed the Susquehanna and subsequently into the Chesapeake. If someone doesn't shine a light on the corrupt policies that allow the continual rubber stamping of CAFO permits ( factory farm permits) at the DEP ( what we refer to as the Don't Expect Protection offices) I soon expect to read a sad and avoidable obituary for our precious Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Alas, I knew her well...
